- First, you need an active customer account.
- Next, click the Login button at the top right of the page. You will need to login with the same details you use for the new Customer Control Panel. If you have not logged in to the new Customer Control Panel before, please go to the current Customer Control Panel here and click the "Go to new.contabo.com" button at the top the page to create your login credentials.
- Start the chat: If you’ve completed the two steps above, reopen this page and our chat window will automatically open. Alternatively, you can simply click on the chat icon at the bottom right of this page.
