Can I increase my storage capacity?

Yes. You can increase storage in increments of 250 GB via the Customer Panel:

  • Log in to the Customer Panel.
  • Click Storage in the left panel, then select Object Storage (Buckets).
  • Go to Storage Settings.
  • Click the (More) icon for the relevant storage and select Add more GB.
  • Enter the amount to add (must be a multiple of 250 GB) and click Add & Pay. The extra capacity is available immediately.

Auto-Scaling

You can also enable Auto-Scaling so your storage expands automatically once the current limit is reached:

  1. Follow steps 1–4 above, then click Auto-Scaling Settings.
  2. Toggle Auto-Scaling On.
  3. Set the maximum monthly expansion (in multiples of 250 GB) and click Save Settings.

Can I increase the object count limit?

By default, you have a limit of 3 million objects. For most users this is more than sufficient.

If you need a higher limit, please contact support.
