After your order is completed

Once your order has been successfully provisioned, you will receive an email from Contabo with the subject:

“Your login data!”

This email is sent to the email address you used when placing your order. It contains the information you need to access your server.

You will also receive a separate email containing your Customer Panel login credentials.

If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

What information is included in the login email?

The “Your login data!” email contains important server access information, such as:

• Your server IP address
• Your server username
• VNC access information

Important: Your server password is not included in the email, as Contabo does not store server passwords.
