I didn’t receive my server login details after signup
Your server login details are sent to your registered email address with the subject “Your login data!” once your order has been successfully processed.
If you did not receive this email, please follow the steps below.
1. Check your order status
Make sure your order has already been processed.

2. Check your spam folder
If your order is completed but you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Reset your server credentials via the Customer Panel
If you still cannot find the email, you can reset your server credentials. You must first log in to the Customer Panel to do this.
Step 1: Access the Customer Panel
- Log in to the Customer Panel.
- If you cannot log in, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to receive a new Customer Panel password by email. If you're still having trouble logging in, seeI Can’t Log In to the Contabo Customer Panel.
Important: You must have access to the Customer Panel before you can reset your server credentials.
Step 2: Select your server
- After logging in, click Servers & Hosting in the left-hand menu.
- Select your server from the list.
Step 3: Reset credentials
- Click the three dots under More on the right-hand side.
- Select Reset Credentials.


Step 4: Set a new password
- Set a new system password

- This allows you to regain access if your original login details were lost.
