How can I order an upgrade for a product as an existing customer?
You can upgrade your existing Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) directly through the Customer Panel.
To upgrade your VPS/VDS:
Log in to the Customer Panel.
Select the server you would like to upgrade.
3. Choose the available upgrade options for your product.
4. Confirm the upgrade request and complete the order process.
Please note that upgrades are currently only available for VPS and VDS products. Dedicated Servers and additional add-ons cannot be upgraded through the Customer Panel at this time.
Downgrades are not possible. If you wish to downgrade, please order a new server and cancel your current one.
