Can I get support for Software on my server?

Contabo does offer some support for specific software issues on your server which can include things like the installation of special software or scripts, database administration, etc. 

This 'remote-hand' service by Contabo IT professionals costs €27.50/ $33.00 / £28.60  per beginning of each 15 minutes. 

However, please note that it cannot be guaranteed that Contabo offer support for your specific software issue as Contabo specialize in providing server infrastructure and are not familiar with all possible applications you might run on your instance.
