You can perform restarts of your servers for free anytime via the Contabo Customer Control Panel:
How can I reboot my server?
- Log in to the Contabo Customer Control Panel.
- Click on either "Server control" "VDS control" or "VPS control "from the blue "control panel" on the left hand side of the page depending on which type of server you would like to reboot.
- Click the blue button in the column "Restart" next to the server you would like to reboot.
To note this will power of your server and back on again. If you still have access to the operating system on the server please consider restarting via the operating system instead. Suddenly powering off the server could cause some issues so should be used as a last resort.
