Is there a way to report security vulnerabilities?

Yes there is a way to report security vulnerabilities, you can email our security team at vulnerabilitymanagement@contabo.de. 

Please note that Contabo currently do not operate bug bounty program and as such will not pay or offer any reward for any disclosed vulnerability, unless the disclosed vulnerability is of a severity which would warrant further investigation.

This means that any disclosure relating to findings such as SPF records, DKIM, DMARC  which can be identified by opportunistic scanning will not be responded to unless we feel that the disclosure is genuine and warrants further investigation.
