Yes, there is a way to report security vulnerabilities, you can email our security team at security.team@contabo.de. 

Please note that Contabo does not currently operate a bug bounty program and as such will not pay or offer any reward for vulnerability reports, unless the reported vulnerability is of a severity which would warrant further investigation.

This means that any disclosure related to findings such as SPF records, DKIM, DMARC  that can be identified by opportunistic scanning will not be responded to unless we feel that the disclosure is genuine and warrants further investigation.
