I'm getting the error "Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify the identity of the computer that you want to connect to", what can I do?

When connecting to your server via MacOS you may get the following error message:

Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify the identity of the computer that you want to connect to.

This error is usually due to the RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) software you're using being out of date. Make sure that the software you're using to connect to your software is up to date and then try connecting again.
