How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have purchased a Contabo product you should be able to check the status of your order here.

All you need to do it open the link above and fill out the email address field and the order number field. For the email address field you should use the email address that you entered when completing your purchase. You should be sent the order ID by email after completing your purchase which you will need to use to fill the order ID field. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to provision your server can depend on a few different factors so checking the status page is the best way to keep up to date with the progress of the order.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready, you will receive an email with the subject "Your login data!”. This email will only be sent to the email address you used when purchasing a product so make sure you are checking the correct email inbox. Please also check your spam folder for this email too so you don't miss it.
