How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have purchased a Contabo product, you should be able to check the status of your order here.
All you need to do is open the link above and fill in the email address field and the order number field. For the email address field you must use the email address that you used when completing your purchase. The Order ID should have been emailed to you after you completed your purchase and you will need to use this to complete the Order ID field.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to provision your server can depend on a few different factors so checking the order status page is the best way to keep up to date with the progress of your order.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the subject line of "Your login data!”. This email will only be sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase, so make sure you are check the correct email inbox. Please also check your spam folder for this email too so you don't miss it.
