I Didn't Receive My Payment Confirmation

Once you purchase a Contabo product, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address with your proforma invoice in the attachment. Please also check your spam folder in case you don’t see the email. 


Alternatively, you can find the receipt of payment in the Customer Control Panel: 


1. Log in to the Customer Panel

2. Click on ‘Account’ on the left side, then choose ‘Billing & Payment’ from the drop-down menu

3. Click on ‘Payment History’

4. Under 'Subject', look for ‘Receipt of payment’  



If you can’t find the confirmation after taking the above-mentioned steps, you check the current status of your order (see How Can I Check The Status of My Order? for more information).
