How can I order a new product as an existing customer?

You can use the Customer Control Panel to place additional orders of new services as an existing user. 

To do order a new product as an existing customer use the Customer Control Panel then click the product you would like to purchase in the "New Order" section on the left hand side of the Customer Control Panel as shown here:

You will then be redirected to the Contabo website where you can select the products you want to purchase and complete the order process in just a few quick steps. 

All necessary information regarding your existing account will be pre-filled by our system.

Limits to ordering new products:

By default, each account has a limit of 50 VPS, 10 VDS and 10 Dedicated Servers. You can request to increase your account limit by contacting customer support.
