How can I cancel a Contabo service? 

You can cancel all of services in the Customer Control Panel with the following steps:

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Your services" in the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Click the manage button next to the service you would like to cancel.
4. In the dropdown that opens click "Cancel service".

How can I close my Contabo account?

Every account is removed after the last product on the account is cancelled, this means you will not be able to log in to Customer Control Panel when you no longer have any subscriptions.

So if you would like to completely close your Contabo account cancel all your subscriptions and then your account will be close shortly after.

Can I re-activate my Contabo account after closing it?

If you would like to purchase Contabo services after cancelling your subscriptions, just order a product as a new customer and a new account will be created for you.

Can I cancel a newly purchased Contabo product?

You can request revocation of your Contabo product within the first 14 days of your Contabo contract.
