Important consideration: If direct password resets aren’t working for your Windows server, it is possibly due to your Windows OS was not been installed via cloud-init (to confirm this, please contact us). This process ensures you maintain access to your files while establishing new, secure credentials. While it takes longer than Linux resets, it provides a clean, secure environment for your Windows server.
