I Can’t Log In to the Contabo Customer Panel

Contabo’s Customer Panel is available in two interfaces:


Each interface uses separate login credentials.

  • Your login details for my.contabo.com were sent in the email “Your login data!” after your first order. 
  • To use new.contabo.com, you first need to set up your login credentials. ⚠️ Note: Once set up, these credentials are also used to log in to the Contabo Help Desk.


Please keep in mind that if you do not have an active subscription, you won't be able to access the Contabo Customer Panel. To access the panel again, you’ll need an active subscription (for example, by placing a new order). 


Follow the steps below to log in or reset your password for either panel. 



Logging in to the original Customer Panel (my.contabo.com)

To log in to my.contabo.com, use the login credentials from the email titled “Your login data!”.

  • If you have previously changed your password in the Customer Panel, use it to log in.
  • If you forgot your password, continue to the I forgot the password to the original Customer Panel. How do I reset it? section of this article.


Logging in to the new Customer Panel (new.contabo.com)

Before you begin:

  • If you haven’t set up a login for new.contabo.com before, you have to log in via the original Customer Panel, my.contabo.com first.
  • If you already have a login, you can either access the new Customer Panel through the original one or log in directly at new.contabo.com


1. Log in to the original Customer Panel (my.contabo.com) 

See the “Logging in to the original Customer Panel” section above.


2. Open the new interface (new.contabo.com) 

After logging in to my.contabo.com, click “Go to new.contabo.com” at the top of the page.

3. Set up your login 

If you haven’t set up your login for the new Customer Panel yet:

  • You will receive an email with a link to set a password for new.contabo.com.

  • Open the link, enter your new password, and confirm it.

⚠️ Important: This password is used only for logging in to the new Customer Panel. Your password for the original Customer Panel remains unchanged.


If you have previously set up your login for the new Customer Panel, you will be taken directly to new.contabo.com


If you forgot your password to the new Customer Panel, follow the reset instructions below. 


I forgot my password to the new Customer Panel. How do I reset it?

1. Open new.contabo.com

2. Click the 'Forgot password?' button


3. In the ‘Email’ field, enter the email address linked to your Contabo account and click 'Submit'.


4. You will shortly receive an email with a link to reset your password. ⚠️ Important: The password will be used only for logging in to the new Customer Panel. It is separate from your old Customer Panel password, which will remain unchanged.


I forgot my password to the original Customer Panel. How do I reset it?

1. Open my.contabo.com

2. Click the 'Please click here if you forgot your password or your login' button.


3. In the ‘E-Mail’ field, enter the email address linked to your Contabo account

4. In the 'Code' field, enter the code displayed on the page  and click 'Send login information'.


5. You will shortly receive an email with a link to reset your password.
