I Can't Login to the Contabo Help Desk or the New Customer Control Panel, What Do I Do?
How do I login to the Contabo Help Desk and the new Customer Control Panel?
The login details for both the Contabo Help Desk and the new Customer Control Panel are the same, so as long as you have setup a password for the new Customer Control Panel you can use the same credentials to login to the Contabo Help Desk.
The passwords for the new Customer Control Panel and the old Customer Control Panel can be different so please make sure you're using the correct password when trying to login. If you have forgotten the password for the new Customer Control Panel you will find steps further on in the article on how to reset the password.
If you haven't setup your password on the new Customer Control Panel you can find steps on how to do this below. Once you're done you will be able to login to both the Contabo Help Desk and the new Customer Control Panel.
How do I create a login for the Contabo Help Desk and the New Customer Control Panel?
- Login to the old Customer Control Panel.
- At the top of the page you should see this message:
Click the button "Go to new.contabo.com".
- If you haven't already setup a login for the new Customer Control Panel you should be taken to a page to set a new password. Fill out the password boxes and click confirm.
The password you have created will be used to login to both the new Customer Control Panel and the old Customer Control Panel. - If you have already created a login for the new Customer Control Panel previously you will be taken directly to the new Customer Control Panel.
If you don't remember that password you can follow the steps below to reset it and gain access to the Contabo Help Desk and the new Customer Control Panel.
I've forgotten my password for the Contabo Help Desk and the New Customer Control Panel, how do I reset my password?
- Open https://new.contabo.com.
- Click the blue "Forgot Password?" link.
- In the "Email" field fill out the email address of your Contabo account.
You should then receive an email with a link to set a new password for your account.
This password will be used for both the Contabo Help Desk and the new Customer Control Panel.
Why do I need a login for the Contabo Help Desk?
You will need to login to the Contabo Help Desk to be able to submit new tickets to the Customer Support team and view tickets you have already submitted.
If you're only looking to read knowledgebase articles in the Contabo Help Desk you will not need to login.
Why do I need to login to the New Customer Control Panel?
The new Customer Control Panel has a brand new interface that you can manage your data in.
