Can I buy a new domain with Contabo?

It is possible to buy a new domain with Contabo via the Customer Control Panel. You can find the prices for domain in the Customer Control Panel by opening the "Domains" section and then clicking the button "Price list".

How do I buy a new domain with Contabo?

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Domains" from the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Click the blue "Order domain" button.
4. Enter your domain name in the box on the left.
5. Select the domain extension (e.g .com or .de) from the dropdown on the right.
6. Click the button "Next".
7. On this page you can change the contact details if you need to. If you're unsure about any of the contact details hover over the orange question mark above each dropdown, this should then give you a description of the contact detail and what it does.
8. Once you're done click the button "Next".
9. Here you can configure the name servers and IP addresses for your domain. You can either use the default Contabo settings or change them to your own name servers and IP addresses.
10. Once you're done click the button "Next". 
11. On the final step you can review your settings and price for the domain. Once you're happy with the domain click the "Place binding order" button.

Once the domain is ordered Contabo will keep you up with any progress on your order.
