Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in the Customer Control Panel, you can find steps below on how to access your invoices.

How do find my invoices?

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Billing" from the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Here you should find your current balance and a list of your previous invoices listed below.

When are invoices sent by Contabo?

At the beginning of every month Contabo creates your monthly invoice.

How do I change my invoice address?

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Customer details" from the the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Scroll down to the text box "Invoice address"
4. In the text box add the new invoice address along with your name or company name.

After setting a new invoice address this address will be used for all future invoices and take precedent over the customer details you originally used when purchasing a Contabo product.
