Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in the Customer Panel, this way you can see if you have any outstanding invoices you need to pay or find your old invoices.

How do find my invoices?

1. Open the Customer Panel.
2. Click on Account on the left hand side of the page, then select Billing & Payment from the drop-down. Here you can find your current balance, list of your invoices, payment history and unpaid orders.

When are invoices sent by Contabo?

In the beginning of each month (first day of the following month), Contabo creates your monthly invoice. Invoices cover payments made in the previous month - for example, a payment made in January will appear on the invoice generated in February.

How do I change my invoice address?

1. Open the Customer Panel.
2. Click on the account icon on the right side of the page, then select Customer Details from the drop-down.
3. Navigate to the Street + No, Zip Code and City text box.
4. Enter the new invoice address details. If applicable, select Billing address differs and click Continue to Billing Address to set it up.

Once you have set up a new billing address, it will be used for all future invoices and will override the customer details you originally used to purchase a Contabo product.
