Why can't I Iog in to the Customer Control Panel?

There are a few things that could be preventing you from logging in to the Customer Control Panel. Below you can find a couple of things to check.


How do I reset the password to the Customer Control Panel?

The first thing to try is to reset your password to the Customer Control Panel which you can do with the below steps:


  1. Open the Customer Control Panel page 
  2. Click the link that says "Please click here if you forgot your password or your login."
  3. Enter the E-Mail address associated with your Contabo account in the "E-Mail" field.
  4. Enter the verification code shown in the image into the "Code" field.
  5. Click "Send login information".
  6. You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Try logging in with the new password to see if that lets you log in to the Customer Control Panel.


If I have not not paid will I still be able to access the Customer Control Panel?

No, if you have not paid for your Contabo products your access to the Customer Control Panel will be terminated. You would need to create a new Contabo account with subscriptions to new products which you will then be able to access via the Customer Control Panel.
