Does Contabo offer Managed Serves? 

While we don't offer fully managed servers, we do offer the "Managed Server" add-on. 

This add-on grants you 2 hours of technical support per month, which you can use to ask the Contabo support team for help with any server management tasks you may have. 

Please note that this add-on can only be applied to one server at a time, so if you have more that one server, you will only be able to enjoy the benefits of this add-on with the servers for which you have purchased this add-on.

If you're interested in ordering this add-on please follow the steps below.

How do I order the Managed Server add-on?

1. Login to the Customer Control Panel here.
2. Click "Your services" from the blue "control panel" on the left hand side of the page.
3. Next click the "Manage" button next to the server you would like to order the Managed Server add-on for. A dropdown should open.
4. From the dropdown click "Order Add-On". The following window should open:
   
5. Click the option "Managed Server" as shown in the screenshot above and click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window. The following page should open with a description of the Managed Server add-on will appear:
   
6. Click option A and then the "OK" button. 
7. On the next page you will be shown the price for the Add-on, if you're happy with the price click "Yes" and then the "OK" button. 
8. On the next page the payment plan for the add-on will be described. If you're happy with it click "Yes" and then the "OK" button. 
9. Finally click the "Submit" button and your order will be sent and the price of the add-on will be deducted from your balance. 

How do I use the Managed Server add-on? 

To use the Managed Server add-on you can raise a ticket with the customer support team via the Customer Control Panel here. Simply submit ticket to the team outlining your request and inform the support team that you have the Managed Server add-on. The support team will the look into your request. 

If the request will take longer than the 2 hours included with the Managed Server add-on the support team will provide you with a time and cost estimate for how long the request will take.
