My service was automatically renewed, can I cancel it?

Please note that your contract will automatically renew on a monthly basis, unless you submit a cancellation request for the service.  If you have an automatic payment method set up, such as Automatic Credit Card or PayPal payments, we'll charge you for the upcoming period automatically. 

If your service is automatically renewed and you missed your chance to cancel your service, a payment will automatically be taken from your account balance.

If you wish to receive a refund for this automatic renewal and cancel your service, please contact support within 72 hours of your service renewal.

When you contact support, you'll need to confirm that you accept that any data on your server that you cancel will be lost. You can do this by saying "I confirm the data loss for my service with IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".
