Can I Change My Billing Period?
Currently, it’s only possible to pay for your services on a monthly basis; billing periods can’t be adjusted.
You can set a single billing date for all your services:
- Login to the Customer Control Panel.
- Click on "Billing" in the blue "control panel" on the left hand side of the page.
- Scroll down the page and you should see this message:

- You can read the summary in the above screenshot for more information on this process.
- If you want to set all your billing for a specific date, click on the "Charge services on a specific day" option.
- From the 'Selected Day' drop down menu, select the day of the month you wish to be billed on.
- Click the "save changes" button.
