Can I Change My Billing Period?

Currently, it’s only possible to pay for your services on a monthly basis; billing periods can’t be adjusted.


You can set a single billing date for all your services:

  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel
  2. Click on "Billing" in the blue "control panel" on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Scroll down the page and you should see this message:
    Billing Date
  4. You can read the summary in the above screenshot for more information on this process.
  5. If you want to set all your billing for a specific date, click on the "Charge services on a specific day" option.
  6. From the 'Selected Day' drop down menu, select the day of the month you wish to be billed on.
  7. Click the "save changes" button.
