How can I change my personal details?
You can change the following personal details via the Customer Panel:
- Account type (business/private)
- Address
- Billing address
- Telephone number (used for password reset)
⚠️Please note that it is not possible to change your first name, last name, email address, company name, country or currency via the Customer Panel. To make these changes, please contact our Customer Support team.
To change your personal details:
- Log in to the Customer Panel.
- Click on the person icon in the top right corner, then click Customer Details.

- You'll then see the customer details page.
- You can then make any changes to your personal details in the available text boxes.
- Once you make the changes, click the Confirm button to apply them.
