Can I change my personal details?

It is possible to change some personal details through the Customer Control Panel. See below for a quick guide on how to do this below.

How can I change my personal details?

1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Customer details" in the blue "control panel" box on the left hand side of the page.
3. You should be taken to the customer details page. You can then make any changes to your personal details in the available text boxes. Please note that you cannot make changes to your name, your companies name or your country, there is more information on how to make these types of changes in the section below.
4. Once you've made your changes, click the "Save" button and you should see your changes immediately. 

How can I change my name, company name or country?

The only details that you cannot change yourself with the Customer Control Panel are your name, your companies name and your country. To make these changes to your personal details you will need to reach out to the customer support team.
