How can I switch manual payments to automatic payments?

If you have a manual payment method selected and you would like to switch to the automated payments, you can simply change your payment method to an automated one. 


⚠️Please note that:

  • Once you switch to automated payments, it is only possible to switch back to manual payments by submitting a ticket to the support team. We generally recommend setting up automated payments, to avoid missing payments. 
  • You may change your payment method at most twice within any 24-hour period. If you exceed this limit, your payment method will be automatically switched to manual payment. Depending on your available payment methods, this will be either PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer payments may take longer to process and reflect on your account. 

  • Your account balance must not be negative in order to switch back to automatic payments. 


Follow these steps to switch to the automated payment method:

  1. Login to the new Customer Panel.
  2. Click 'Account' on the left hand side of the page:


  3. Next click 'Billing & Payment' from the drop-down menu:




  4. Click the edit button next to your existing payment method:




  5. You will then see a payment method window open on the right hand side of the page. Simply fill out the payment details you would like to use and then click the "Confirm" button to complete the changes.

⚠️Please note that it is not possible to switch back from automated payments to manual payments. We generally recommend setting up automated payments, to avoid missing payments. You can read more about what happens if you miss a payment here.
