How will my refund be returned to me?

Refunds will always be processed and sent back to the initial payment method used for the transaction.

Can I revoke my contract?

Yes, you can cancel or revoke your Contabo product within the first 14 days of your contract with Contabo. To do this you will need to reach out to the customer support team.

Can I refund my Contabo customer account balance?

If you're seeking a refund of your current active account balance, please reach out to the support team for assistance.

Please note that an additional administration fee may be applied for processing the refund.

My service automatically renewed, is there a way to cancel the service?

If you're service automatically renewed and you missed the chance to cancel your service a payment will automatically be taken from your account balance. 

If you would like to get a refund on this automatic renewal and cancel your service please reach out to our support team within a 72-hour window following the service renewal.

When contacting the customer support team you must confirm that you accept that any data on your server you're cancelling will be lost. To do this you can say something such as “I confirm the complete data loss of my service with the IP address ((add IP here)) and all of the add-ons.”

Can I cancel my new order and get a refund?

If you've ordered a new service and wish to cancel it immediately please feel free to reach out to our support department who will be able to assist you in processing the cancellation and refund of your service.

It's important to note that contacting them before service provisioning is crucial.

When reaching out to the support team they may respond to you asking to verify some basic information, please respond to this verification request as soon as possible to make this process as quick as possible.
