Am I Eligible for a Revocation Request?


To be eligible for a revocation, the following requirements must be met:


  • You must contact the customer support team within the first 14 days of your contract with Contabo.
  • When you contact the support team, you'll have to confirm that you accept the loss of all the data on the server that you are canceling.
  • You have a private account, business accounts are not eligible for revocation.
  • Your are not requesting a revocation of a domain; domains are not eligible for revocation.

How Can I Request a Revocation for a Contabo Product?

Just because you are not eligible for revocation of your service doesn't mean you're not able to cancel or receive a refund on your Contabo product.
