How Can I Change My Account Type?
It is possible to change your account type through the Customer Control Panel from Private to Business and Vice Versa.
To change your account type from Private to Business / from Business to Private:
- Log in to the Customer Control Panel
- Click on 'Customer details' on the control panel on the left
- Choose Business/Private under 'Account type'
- Once you've made your changes, click the 'save changes' button.
