Can I cancel or revoke my new Contabo product?

Yes, you can cancel or revoke your Contabo product within the first 14 days of your contract with Contabo. To do this you will need to reach out to the customer support team.

You can raise a ticket with the customer support team via the Customer Control Panel here.

To note domains are not eligible for revocation.

What requirements do I need to meet to be eligible to revoke my order with Contabo?

To be eligible for revocation of your Contabo product you must reach out to the customer support team within the first 14 days of your contract with Contabo.

When contacting the customer support team you must confirm that you accept that any data on your server you're revoking will be lost. To do this you can say something such as “I confirm the complete data loss of my service with the IP address ((add IP here)) and all of the add-ons.”

Please note that the refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you would like the refund to be credited to your Contabo customer account, please specify this when contacting the customer support team.

Furthermore, revocation is only available for private accounts, business accounts are not eligible for revocation.

I don't meet the requirements for revocation, is there anything else I can do?

Just because you are not eligible for revocation of your service doesn't mean you're not able to cancel or receive a refund on your Contabo product.
