Why Was My Server Suspended?
Your server may have been suspended for a number of reasons, including an abuse report being filed against your server or non-payment.
Whatever the reason for your suspension, you will have received some form of notification from the Customer Support team via email, advising you of the next steps.
Please check your inbox, including your junk mail, to find this email and see what you need to do to unlock your server.
If you can't find this email, you can contact Customer Support to find out why your server has been suspended.
You can raise a ticket with the customer support team via the Customer Control Panel here.
