Why was my server suspended?
How will I be notified?
If your server is suspended, you will always receive a notification email from Contabo Customer Support explaining:
Why the server was suspended
What steps are required to resolve the issue and restore service
Please check:
Your inbox
Your spam or junk folder
as the notification email may be filtered by your email provider.
I didn’t receive an email, what should I do?
If you cannot find a suspension notification email, please contact Customer Support directly. They can confirm the reason for the suspension and advise you on the next steps.
You can submit a support ticket via the Customer Control Panel:
Log in to the Customer Panel
Open the support section
