There are several instances in which you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the criteria below to determine if you qualify, and follow the relevant steps:
- If you're within the first 14 days of your Contabo contract:
You are eligible to request a refund. Please follow the guide here to submit a revocation request to our Customer Support team. - If your service was automatically renewed and the renewal happened less than 72 hours ago:
You may request a refund. Please follow the guide here to learn how to request a refund from our Customer Support team. - If you accidentally ordered a service and would like to cancel it right away:
You can contact our Customer Support team, and they will assist you in processing the cancellation and refund of your service. Please read the guide here for more details. - If you'd like to request a refund for your current active account balance:
You can contact support for assistance. Please read the guide here for more details. Please note that an additional administration fee may apply for processing the refund.
What If I Don't Meet Any of the Above Requirements?
If you do not meet any of the above criteria, you may not be eligible for a refund.
However, if you'd like to cancel your subscription to prevent future payments, please review our guide here on how to close your account.
How Will My Refund Be Processed?
Refunds will always be processed and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
