How will my refund be returned to me?

Refunds will always be processed and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.


Can I revoke my contract?

Yes, you can cancel or revoke your Contabo product within the first 14 days of your contract with Contabo. To do this you will need to reach out to the customer support team.

Can I refund my Contabo customer account balance?

If you're requesting a refund of your current active account balance, please contact support for assistance.


Please note that an additional administration fee may be charged for processing the refund.

My service automatically renewed, is there a way to cancel the service?

If your service is automatically renewed and you missed your chance to cancel your service, a payment will automatically be taken from your account balance.

If you wish to receive a refund for this automatic renewal and cancel your service, please contact our support team within 72 hours of your service renewal.

When you contact support, you'll need to confirm that you accept that any data on your server that you cancel will be lost. You can do this by saying something like "I confirm the complete data loss of my service with the IP address ((add IP here)) and all add-ons".

Can I cancel my new order and get a refund?

If you've ordered a new service and would like to cancel it immediately, you can contact our support team who will be able to help you process the cancellation and refund of your service.

It's important to note that it's critical to contact them prior to service provisioning.

When you contact support, they may ask you to verify some basic information, please respond to this verification request as soon as possible to make this process as quick as possible.
