I’ve paid, but my order hasn’t been processed yet

It may take some time for your order to be processed. You can check the status of your order following these steps: 


1. Open the Order Status page

2. Enter your email – it is necessary to enter the email address you used when completing your purchase

3. Enter the order ID – it can be found in ‘Your login data!’ email that was sent to your email address when you completed your purchase. 

4. Check your order status. In case of issues, reach out to our Customer Support team (see How Do I Submit a Ticket to the Contabo Customer Support Team?)
